While talented restylers and builders can take almost any car, truck or SUV and offer a way to make it better, there are obviously vehicles that are particularly suited for aftermarket upgrades.
The Specialty Equipment Market Association worked to identify the best of the best during the 2016 SEMA Show, asking manufacturing exhibitors to select the year’s hottest coupe, sedan, hatch, 4x4 and truck.
Their choices for hottest-trending and most accessory-friendly vehicles on the market were:
- Hottest Coupe – Ford Mustang
- Hottest Sedan – Dodge Charger
- Hottest Hatch – Ford Focus
- Hottest 4x4/SUV – Jeep Wrangler
- Hottest Truck – Ford F-Series
