Autoshop Solutions Offers CRM Integration on Websites

Autoshop Solutions is partnering with Frederick, an automotive customer engagement platform, to offer customers an easily integrated tool for shops’ websites, according to the company.

“We are always looking for ways to help our customers,” said Danny Sanchez, founder and CEO of Autoshop Solutions. “The two products can work well together—Autoshop Solutions for acquiring new customers and Frederick for keeping the customers that a shop works so hard to get.”

Autoshop Solutions focuses on attracting new customers through the website and online marketing, and the services offered by Frederick, like automated email and text message marketing campaigns, will help get customers back in the door, according to the company. The partnership will allow shops to transition away from a web solution with a built-in customer relationship management system and easily integrate the Frederick tools onto an Autoshop Solutions website and see the results in the Autoshop Autobahn, Autoshop Solutions’ all-in-one marketing dashboard.
