Auto Plus has purchased East End Auto Parts in Hagerstown, Maryland, according to Brent Windom, president and CEO of Auto Plus. Auto Plus’ footprint in Maryland, after the acquisition, expands to 19 stores.
“The acquisition of East End Auto Parts adds to our distribution model and expands our footprint in the western Maryland market,” Windom said. “As we pursue our rapid growth plan across the U.S., we will continue to identify key markets where our density can be increased. East End Auto Parts is a welcome addition to our corporate store group.
“We are on track with our expansion plans, and look forward to continued growth in strategic markets.”
The acquisition of East End Auto Parts was finalized on Dec. 14.
